Shipping and delivery
La merce viene spedita all’indirizzo indicato dal cliente durante la registrazione della sua comanda.
Il pacco viene spedito entro 4 giorni lavorativi. In caso di ritardo nella spedizione avvisiamo il cliente via posta elettronica.

The shipping terms indicated are approximate and may be subject to change.
The shipment is made through the Italian Post Office and has a cost of €4,50 for shipments in Italy, to EU and non-EU countries.

The goods are shipped to Switzerland, EU and non-EU countries.
Delivery times are within 4 days for shipments in Italy, between 8 and 10 days in EU countries and between 12 and 25 days in non-EU countries.

Complaints

Eventuali reclami per danni da trasporto o difetti di produzione sono da segnalarci entro 5 giorni dal momento del ricevimento della merce. In caso di difetti di produzione o danni da trasporto manricopadovani.com fornirà un prodotto in sostituzione nel minor tempo possibile. Le spese di rientro del prodotto sono a carico del cliente, mentre le spese di riconsegna sono gratuite. Non esiste alcun diritto alla restituzione ed al rimborso. I danni da usura, logoramento ed uso improprio non vengono riconosciuti.

In generale non sussiste alcun diritto alla restituzione ed al rimborso. In caso di difetti di produzione o danni da trasporto manricopadovani.com fornirà un prodotto in sostituzione nel minor tempo possibile. Le spese di rientro del prodotto sono a carico del cliente, mentre le spese di riconsegna sono gratuite.
